Thank you for your interest in Image Works cosmetology school. Image Works is very different from other cosmetology schools in that we start with the students themselves. We want all students to feel fantastic about life and themselves. At ImageWorks we have incorporated a team of specialists in every field to train students in becoming confident professional stylists.
Students work with a personal trainer to learn the importance of being healthy and feeling great. Every student that attends ImageWorks receives a free year membership to Gold’s Gym and weekly workouts are part of our curriculum.
Dr. Eldon McMurry teaches “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” and “The Color Code”. Dr. McMurry will teach you the importance of self discipline and also teach you how to identify with any personality on the planet.
Melanie Mauranaka teaches the law of attraction. You wil learn the importance and the power of positive thinking. Melanie's own story of personal triumph through The Law of Attraction is both amazing and inspiring.
Dr. Lisa Hansen teaches Meditation and Relaxation. Students learn how to control their emotions in difficult situations and be in a state of peace.
Mandy Bynum consults with every student on personal fashion. Mandy is an incredible designer who has worked in New York and L.A.
Professor Connie Erickson teach Grammar and Etiquette. We want graduate stylists to be employed in top salons; we will make sure you have been trained properly to communicate with societies most elite clients.
You will learn a very complicated, precision cutting curriculum that was developed by Vidal Sassoon and Tony & Guy. Through our determination we have been able to incorporate this difficult curriculum to teach our students right from the beginning.
You will be working with a master make-up artist by the name of Debbie Ward. Debbie has done free-lance work for models who have appeared in Vogue and Modern Salon magazines, she is an incredibly gifted teacher who has great connections for getting your foot into the make-up industry.
You will be working with a nail artist by the name of Janette Peay, Janette has been in nail industry for over eighteen years and is one of Utah's leading nail artists.
